Reporting a player
You don't have to wait for us. In the app you can report or block any player from their profile, from a direct-message conversation, or from the chat during a match. Reporting also blocks them immediately, so the messages stop straight away rather than when someone gets to the queue. Blocked players can't message you, can't send you a friend request, won't appear in your search results, and won't be matched against you.
You can see and undo your blocks in Settings → General → Blocked players.
Account & data
Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes your profile, rating, history, friends and messages permanently. See the Privacy Policy for what's stored and why.
Subscriptions
connect4 Pro is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings; refunds are handled by Apple.
